Cindy Dean - Hospitalist Program Director
Cindy has worked in healthcare since 1990. Her background includes working as an administrative assistant to hospital CEO’s, serving as a liaison between hospitals and physicians, hospital based physician recruiter, and a marketer of hospital services. In her spare time she enjoys photography, camping, boating and her grandchildren.

Garrick Hart - Assistant Hospitalist Program Director
Garrick comes to us from Salt Lake Regional Hospital, where he had many responsibilities as the nursing supervisor, staffing coordinator, accounts receivable clerk for the agency used at the hospital, Intensive Care Tech, Certified Nursing Assistant and most recently the hospitalist physician support manager. His background is in project management and process improvement. He is very excited to be the Assistant Program Director at AIM working with the physicians and hospital administration. Garrick is married with four children. They enjoy spending time at their cabin, fishing and camping.

Ingrid Gordon - COO and Hospitalist Program Director for Lakeview Hospital
Ingrid comes to us from Wasatch Pediatrics, where she worked for 17 years in various roles. She has a back ground in medical billing, office management and as an administrative assistant. She and her husband have 7 children and 14 grandchildren. She loves to read, garden, and go camping and fishing with her family.

Dawn Shelley - AIM, LLC Administrative Assistant
Dawn began working for EPIC in July 2009 as the Executive Assistant, and accepted the position of AIM Executive Assistant in December of 2010. She comes to us from Mervyn’s department stores where she supported a district of 13 stores. She brings over 30 years of administrative experience. She is married and has one son. She enjoys camping and traveling with her family and friends.
