The EPIC Administrators are an efficient, highly motivated team
of individuals dedicated to bringing our doctors the state of
the art management services. Through our specially designed in-house
Extranet, EPIC physicians can access through their PC both personal
and company-wide information, ranging from schedules and vacations
to payroll and pension plans.

Robert
H. Parker, Jr. - CEO
Bob Parker received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young
University in Operations and Systems Analysis in 1984. He went
on to complete his Masters of Public Health in 1986 at Yale University
where he focused on Hospital Administration. He has worked at
the Greenwich Hospital in Greenwich, Connecticut; at Charter Medical
Corporation Corporate Offices; at Middle Georgia Hospital and
was the CEO for Brigham City Community Hospital. During his last
two years at Brigham City, his hospital was recognized as one
of the "Top 100 Hospitals: Benchmarks for Success" for
fiscal years 1994 and 1995. He was an Assistant Professor at Weber
State University in Health Services Administration and worked
in the real estate development and retail industries before joining
EPIC.

Ingrid
Gordon - Operations Manager
Hospitalist Program Director for Lakeview Hospital
Ingrid comes to us from Wasatch Pediatrics, where she worked for
17 years in various roles. She has a back ground in medical billing,
office management and as an administrative assistant.
She is excited to be the Operations Manager for EPIC and running the Hospitalist program at Lakeview Hospital.
She and her husband have 7 children and 13 grandchildren. She
loves to read, garden, and go camping and fishing with her family. |

Michael
W. Hansen - CFO
Michael W. Hansen graduated in 1996 from Weber State University
with a B.A. degree in Accounting and minor in Japanese Language
Studies. Since 1998, he has worked exclusively at health related
companies; including, the Huntsman Cancer Institute and Rocky
Mountain Care. As a member of the Institute of Management Accountants,
he is preparing to sit for the Certified Management Accountant
(CMA) exam in the near future.
Leisure time finds Michael rock climbing and backcountry skiing
in the mountains and deserts throughout the Intermountain West
and actively supporting his wife’s tennis addiction. |

Cindy Dean
Hospitalist Program Director for Ogden Regional Medical Center and Mountain West Medical Center
Cindy has worked in healthcare since 1990. Her background includes working as an administrative assistant to hospital CEO’s, serving as a liaison between hospitals and physicians, hospital based physician recruiter, and a marketer of hospital services. She has taken the last few years off to be with her husband in California. She is looking forward to returning to Utah and is excited to be working with the EPIC administrative team. In her spare time she enjoys photography, gardening, boating and her grandchildren.

Angie
Fisher, RHIT - Credentialing Supervisor\Compliance Director
Angie Fisher graduated from Weber State University in 1992 with her AAS degree majoring in Medical Records Technology. She received her RHIT certification from the American Health Information Management Association in October of 1992. She has worked as a coder, billing supervisor and credentialing specialist for Nowcare Clinic's before joining EPIC. Angie and her husband have 1 son and two daughters. She finds that she spends most of her time at the soccer field and dance studio. As a family they enjoy camping, walking, reading and scrapbooking.

Teri
Ball - Projects Director
Teri Ball worked at Pioneer Valley Hospital for 13 years gaining
experience in a wide variety of areas. In 1996, she began working
for Western Emergency Physicians as their Collator. This was a
new position that needed someone to implement tracking of charts
from the hospital to the billing company. When EPIC was formed
she came on board as the Collator Supervisor and has trained personnel
and implemented this position at all the EPIC hospitals. She and
her husband Brad have three children. They enjoy camping, fishing
and sports as a family. Often times they can be caught on the
golf course. |

Diana Alder
Collator Supervisor
Diana began working for EPIC in January 2001 as the collator at
Jordan Valley Hospital, and accepted the position of collator supervisor
in July 2004. Before she came to work for EPIC she worked as a special
needs aide and served in many volunteer positions. She is married
and has four children and one grandchild. She enjoys spending time
with her family and traveling with her husband. |
